In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "yosi88" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" — refers to yosi88 and all services, products, interfaces, and tools made available at https://yosi88.cam.
• "Member" / "User" / "You" / "Your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account on yosi88 or is accessing the Platform with the intent to register.
• "Account" — the personal, non-transferable registered profile created by a Member on yosi88.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any stake of real-money funds placed on a sporting event, casino game, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, or any other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — any credited amount, free spin value, or promotional reward issued by yosi88 that is subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.

To register and maintain an active account on yosi88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

1. You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. yosi88 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.
3. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal status of online gambling in your place of residence before registering.
4. You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have been previously banned from yosi88 under these Terms & Conditions.

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) active account on yosi88 at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus balances.

During registration, you will be asked to provide a username, a secure password, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. • Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• Proof of ownership for the payment method used (bank account statement bearing your name and account number).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe communicated by yosi88 may result in withdrawal holds, account suspension, or, in cases of suspected fraud, permanent account termination.

yosi88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform's cashier page at the time of transaction. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yosi88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

In any event, yosi88's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of Real-Money Funds held in that Member's account at the time the claim arises.

yosi88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;

• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory direction requiring account closure.

A Member may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting yosi88 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real-Money Funds remaining in the account balance (net of applicable fees and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

Where an account is terminated due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, yosi88 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance as a remedy for losses or costs incurred.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the written notice, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration conducted by an internationally recognised arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits yosi88's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

yosi88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, yosi88 will notify active Members by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date of the changes.
